What do I do if the file I make is very large?
It is best to send large files on a zip disk or CD. That way you can still have the large file at high quality. The only way to make the file smaller is to make the resolution lower which will make the quality of the image worse.

If am scanning art for a Photo Print what resolution should I scan at?
For Photo Prints we recommend a resolution of  300 dpi. This will be large file if you art is a full 8 1/2 x 11 inches. Scanning at lower resolutions is ok but you will lose your image won't be as clear or sharp. This resolution also gives us the ability to resize your image without as much quality loss.
