QTY Layout Guidelines |

- Each QTY layout holds a maximum amount of names in the sizes shown. They cannot hold
any more names than shown.
- The names must be in UPPERCASE and the typeface for the
names must remain as shown.
- Layouts are designed for use with names of 17 characters or less.
- If you have more names than number recommended for layout, we suggest splitting
the list for the front and back of garment.
- You can supply a list of names via fax for or upload file via our web site. See
the guidelines
for electronic files here.

| Send us your list of names: |

1. Supply the names/list typed in a word processing program - as you want them printed
(Ex. First Name Last Name)
2. Make it a single column list.
3. Save the list as .txt file.
4. Send the list electronically at our web site TransferExpress.com |

Click on "Send Us Your Artwork". Fill out the forms and upload your file. Include the layout number in which your names should be placed in the notes of your upload file submission - be sure you are following guidelines noted for that particular design.

| If the above guidelines are not followed, a typesetting fee of 35¢ per name will be charged. |

Tip: If using Windows, use program called Notepad (in the accessories menu) and the file will be ready to go after you type and save the file. You can also copy/paste into Notepad and save as the text file. |
