Application Tips
- This product can also be applied at 340°F, for 10 seconds, peeling warm.
- Need extra letters? Use Express Names to order fill-ins, entering the needed letters instead of a name.
- Use a ruler to keep your words straight. Lay ruler on shirt, and put bottom of the letter against the top of the ruler. Carefully remove the ruler, cover the letters, and press.
I need more of a certain Peel & Press letter or number, do you have fill in sheets?
Express NamesTM can be used to order fill-ins of letters/numbers. When entering a fill-in order, do not use spaces and stop before getting the “squish” notation so the letters are the same size as those on the Peel & Press Sheets. The maximum letters using a 14” wide name is 12 characters for 2”, 10 characters for 2.5” and 8 characters for 3”.
Do you have Peel & Press Numbers?
Yes, numbers are included on the letter sheets.
If I just printed the front, can I print the back?
Our heat presses have a non-stick coating, so printing on the back is as simple as flipping the shirt over and applying the back. The front print will not be affected.
I need to order more specific letters, of the Hercules 2 inch - A,D,E I,N,Y,etc. I want them the same size and style like when I order the big packet. How do I order that so that my letters are exact size?
Use Express Names™ ordering the letters you want, at 2" you can fit about 12 characters per line depending on the letters, with no spaces.
