Ordering Using Layouts

Ordering Easy Prints® layouts is fast and easy. Simply follow the steps below.

     

Online ordering using Easy View is available to all active dealers. If you are not yet a dealer, please call 1-800-622-2280 to place your first order and become a dealer.

1. Choose a layout from the Idea Book™. If you know the number of the layout you want, enter it in the "Find Layout" box.

2. Customize the text and font, change the clip art, and choose both ink and apparel colors. If using more than one ink color, click the "Multi-color" tab.

3. Click the "Easy View" button to see your custom art! You can print it out, copy and paste it to email, or add it to a custom-made flyer!

4. When ready to order, enter the total number of images needed. Specify the ink formula you'd like, then select a size and the type of fabric onto which your image will be transferred.

5. Add it to your cart and submit your order.

*Please note: Not all Idea Book designs are available for online ordering.



Once you have submitted your order it will be placed by our Dealer Services representatives. You will receive an automated confirmation that the order was sent to Dealer Services. Once the order is submitted by Dealer Services you will receive another confirmation with complete details about the order.

Additional lines of text can be added to the order but not viewed in Easy View. To add additional lines, please put in notes what text is needed, the font, and where it should be placed.

Note: If you would like the order placed by the 3:00PM EST deadline please have the completed order sent before 2:00 pm EST.

     

Phone orders can be placed Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm (EST) by calling 1-800-622-2280. Please have the following information on hand when ordering by phone:

1. Quantity (minimum 5 Easy Prints, 10 Easy Prints Plus).
2. Ink color(s), garment color, and garment type.
3. Ink formula.
4. Idea Book design number if Easy Prints.
5. Clip art number if changing what is shown in Idea Book.
6. Desired wording and typestyles.

When ordering by fax, please provide:

 1. Quantity (minimum 5 Easy Prints, 10 Easy Prints Plus).
 2. Ink color(s), garment color, and garment type.
 3. Ink formula.
 4. Idea Book design number if Easy Prints.
 5. Clip art number if changing what is shown in Idea Book.
 6. Desired wording and typestyles.
 7. Size type and dimensions.

 8. Make sure your company name is on all pages of your fax. Missing information can cause      a delay in processing your order.

 9. The phone number needed for question on your fax.
10. The name of the person we should contact about the fax.
