I started using Transfer Express over 6 years ago. I am primarily an embroiderer, but offer heat-pressed goods to round-out the business. Over the years, I have tried 2 competitors. Once each. One misspelled a word in a text and simple clipart layout, the other substituted an incorrect version of a national organization's logo used within a design. The first said they weren't responsible, period. I lost that order and the customer. The second would only offer to replace the logo portion of the design, and that only after fighting. I had to hand-cut and piece 100+ transfers. Transfer Express has never hesitated to correct any issue I may have. 100% replacement, next-day air if needed. That commitment and Excellent customer service will keep me from straying again. Special kudos to Dottie for always being so pleasant and helpful.
