CAD-PRINTZ Opaque is a printable heat transfer with unlimited heat application possibilities. This digital transfer offers the most stretch and rebound of any transfer in our product line.

Can be applied to most fabrics and any color. Great for hats, tote bags, umbrellas, neoprene, leather, performance wear such as Under Armour®, T-shirts, and more.

Recommended Fabrics: cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, nylon, spandex/Lycra®

Pre-Production

Please check transfers carefully before heat-applying.

Pre-Heat Garment

First, place the garment on platen, heat press for 3-5 seconds or until there is no more steam to remove wrinkles and moisture. Ensure there are no obstructions such as buttons, pockets, or seams. If there are, raise only the print area with a Print Perfect Pad.

Remove the Backing Paper

Remove the backing paper from the transfer. You should be left with the transfer on a clear plastic carrier.

Position & Press

Place the transfer on the garment. You should be able to see the transfer as it will appear on the garment. Press for 5 seconds then peel off the clear plastic carrier quickly in a smooth, even motion. Cover with a cover sheet and press for an additional 5 seconds.

The recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are for Stahls' Hotronix® heat press machines. Settings on other heat presses may vary.

What is the difference between CAD-PRINTZ® Opaque and Express Print?

Express Print can be heat applied to cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends and has limited stretch. Opaque works on these fabrics as well as many others such as Lycra®, spandex and nylon.

My customer wants numbers with a zebra pattern, do you have those?

All pattern options may be used with any number style and ordered as custom numbers.

Can I order just one digital transfer?

Yes, you can order one digital transfer. Please note there is a $25 minimum order per design.

Do your products meet children’s wear regulations?

All of our products meet the guidelines for lead, however for the portion regarding phthalates, such as sleeping (pajamas) and eating (bibs) only our CAD-PRINTZ® Opaque can be used.
