How to Order

Ordering Online |
You must login to the web site to place orders and you must be an existing Transfer Express Dealer.
Call 1-800-622-2280 to become a Dealer.
Each design is noted with a magnifying glass for previewing and shopping cart for purchase.
Not all the Idea Book designs are on the web site, only those layouts that are web enabled appear on the web site. Follow these guidelines to fill out our Easy Prints® ordering form.
Note: Right now, online ordering is for one color, single image Easy Prints®, heat seal machines, marketing materials, Express Names™, & stock products. |
| Ordering Easy Prints® |
| 1. |
Choose a layout in the Idea Book or if you know the design number, go to search for layouts and type it in. |

Click on the desired layout. The design ordering form now appears on your screen. |

Customize your design and preview it with Easy View™.
| Text: |
Enter your text line by line. The line you are changing will be denoted by red graphics in the design. Type each line as you would like it to appear on your Easy Prints®-all UPPERCASE, upper/lower or all lower case. Orders through the web site cannot have added text; if you wish to delete a line of text just leave it blank by deleting the default text. The typestyle as shown on the screen are best suited for the design. You can change them as necessary by clicking on the drop down menu of each item and choosing a new typestyle. |
| Clip Art: |
Next, choose a clip art. Across the bottom of the design the clipart in the design are displayed. Click browse to find a new clip art. Or type the number in if you know the number already. The new clip art you have chosen will now be displayed. To omit a clipart delete the default clip art number and leave the field blank. |

If you like your design, enter the detail about the transfers you need.

(The total number of single images needed) If you want gang sheets please specify it in the notes. |

(The color of ink for the Easy Prints® transfers) |
| Size: |
(Click the appropriate type) Then choose the specific dimensions you need from the drop down menu). Sizes are in inches. |

(Add any notes you would like to give to Dealers Services when placing your order) |

(The garment you will be applying the Easy Prints® to) |

(The color that the Easy Print® will be pressed on) |

When all the fields on the form are filled in to your satisfaction, click Add To Cart to go to the next screen |

Review your order; edit or remove as needed. If correct click, Submit Order Request. Your usual shipping information appears including method, change as needed. |

Click Continue to go to payment information. Enter method you are using to pay for the order. The list of items in your order is at the top of this screen. If all is correct, click the Submit Order button. |

| Summary |
Once you have submitted your order, it will be place by our Dealer Services Representatives. You will receive confirmation the order was sent to Dealer services. Once the order is submitted by Dealer Services you will receive another confirmation with complete details about the order.
Note: If you are trying to get the order placed by the 3:00PM EST deadline, please have the completed order sent before 2:00 pm EST. |
