What is a Color Match? |

A color match is when any of our in stock 57 colors does not meet your color needs and you need us to mix ink to match your color. You can provide us with a Pantone® color number or send in something with the color you would like matched.

What is Typesetting? |
 |
A typeset fee may be charged when we need to type a list of 10 or more words or names. For example, if you fax us a list of 200 names for your Class of 2008 print, there would be a charge of .35 per name.

A color change is when you stop midway through the order to change the color. You gain the advantage of the price break for the entire run but may need 49 Red and 1 in White.

| What is Reflective Ink? |

Reflective ink is a premium ink that is designed to reflect light when a light source is shined on. In regular daylight, it looks a metallic silver color but if worn in the dark and a light (such as headlights, flashlight, etc) is used it will reflect white so that visibility is greater. It is most commonly used by firefighters, joggers and safety and security personnel.
