This screen printed transfer is designed for today’s popular performance fabrics such as Under Armour® and other moisture wicking apparel. Elasti Prints apply at low heat, preventing melting or scorching of heat-sensitive fabrics.

Elasti Prints provide the look and feel of direct screen printing.They can be purchased in any color and are great for single or multiple color transfers.

This ink formula is available for Easy Prints and Easy Prints Plus Custom Transfers.

Recommended Fabrics: cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends

Application At A Glance

Pre-Production

Please check transfers carefully before heat-applying. An extra transfer is included for testing.

Pre-Heat Garment

First, place the garment on platen, heat press for 3-5 seconds or until there is no more steam to remove wrinkles and moisture. Ensure there are no obstructions such as buttons, pockets, or seams. If there are, raise only the print area with a Print Perfect Pad.

Position & Press

Place the transfer face down on the garment. Close the heat press and heat for 15 seconds.

The recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are for Stahls' Hotronix® heat press machines. Settings on other heat presses may vary.

Application Tips

  • Make sure the transfer is completely cooled before removing the carrier.

I also need numbers for my stretchy polyester fabric; do you have Elasti Prints numbers?

Yes, Avalon numbers use the Elasti Prints® formula.

What do you recommend for printing on non-woven recycled materials (tote bags) and non-woven polypropylene totes?

Our Elasti Prints® work great on those.

Can I use Elasti Prints® on regular 50/50 t-shirts and sweatshirts?

You don't need to pay for the premium product if applying to 50/50 but you can.
