We’re upgrading our login and registration system to a new, secure platform powered a trusted leader in digital identity and account protection. This change will make signing in to your Transfer Express account easier and more secure than ever.

Why We’re Making This Change

Your security and experience are always our top priorities. By moving to this new platform, we’re improving how your account information is protected, while also creating a foundation for new features down the road.

This upgrade allows us to:

• Strengthen account security with the latest authentication technology
• Speed up the login and registration process
• Protect your personal and order information with enterprise-level security
• Prepare for future tools and integrations designed to make your workflow even smoother

What You’ll Need to Do

When the update goes live, you’ll notice a new login screen the next time you sign in.

Here’s what to expect:

For existing accounts, use your same email and password to log in as usual (if you used your Customer ID to log in previously, you’ll need to use your email address going forward).

That’s it! You’ll be logged in and ready to go!

And, if you are already using a Gmail account, you can use single sign in for an even faster experience.

You’ll still have full access to your order history, Easy View® online designer, and all your account information. Nothing will change about how you use your Transfer Express account. Everything will just be more secure and reliable behind the scenes.

When It’s Happening

The transition will take place Thursday, October 9^th at 9 pm ET. You won’t need to take any action until your next login, but we wanted to give you a heads-up so you know what to expect.

Coming in the Near Future: Even Easier Ways to Log In

This upgrade also sets the stage for new sign-in options coming soon!

You’ll soon be able to log in using your favorite platforms such as Facebook and other social accounts for a faster, more convenient experience.

These new options will make it even simpler to access your Transfer Express account from any device, or even using biometrics on your personal devices, to login without needing to remember another password. Stay tuned for updates when these features launch!
