Hotronix® 360 IQ Hat Press

This hat heat press allows for a 360° print area all the way around the hat without removing it from the press.

The platen is designed so that you can print any style cap without changing the platen. It is a one size fits all.

The redesigned, patented Dual Silicone Platen™ technology helps  eliminate the crease that was created with the previous, older style platens. It is also perfect for thick patches and leather with the heated lower platen which heats the hat from underneath.

The opening is wider which provides a heat-free work space and makes it easier to load and remove the hat with more space.

This hat press also includes the Hotronix IQ™ technology which gives you the ability to track productivity, program the machine for specific jobs and more.

Heat Printing Area: Recommended ideal max height of 2.25" with an absolute max of 2.5" and recommended width of 5.5" with an absolute max of 5.75"
