With Flexbroidery, it’s possible to offer the aesthetic appeal of a high-end, sewn finish in seconds. Forget the threads, needles, hoops, and detailed steps, all you need is a heat press! Featuring unlimited colors and an innovative direct embroidered appearance, decorators can add value to their apparel, headwear, and accessories without taking on any new equipment investment or additional overhead.

Two adhesive options:

Heat Applied - to be applied with a professional heat press. Not recommend for heat sensitive fabrics.

Pressure Sensitive - sticker backing for use on hard goods. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.

• For first application, pre-heat the lower platen for 60 seconds. Load cap and pre-heat 20 seconds. Cover with Flex Pad and press.

• If substituting the 1/8" Foam Pad for the FlexStyle® Silicone Pad, please add 5-10 seconds dwell time.
• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• The recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are for Stahls' Hotronix® heat press machines. Settings on other heat presses may vary.
• For designs with fine small details, to prevent peeling before application, apply some pressure to the top of the carrier before removing the paper backing to assist in small detail placement.
• For a more matte finish, after removing the carrier, cover with a 1/8" Foam Pad for the FlexStyle® Silicone Pad and re-heat for 5-10 seconds.
