The high-end rubber look, flat matte finish, and bright colors are right on-trend, appealing to a wide range of markets. PVC patches are soft and flexible, yet durable enough to withstand wear and tear, making them ideal for heavier apparel and outerwear like hats, jackets, backpacks and more.

Two adhesive options:

Heat Applied - to be applied with a professional heat press. Not recommend for heat sensitive fabrics.

Pressure Sensitive - sticker backing for use on hard goods. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.

• Color: CMYK, RGB, and PMS colors are accepted, but color matching is not guaranteed. A maximum of 4 colors can be used on a single PV+ Emblem. Only solid colors are available, without any gradients.
• Minimum Size: 0.5" x 0.5"
• Maximum Size: 4" x 4"
• Finishes: maximum heights of 3.2 – 3.7mm
• Minimum Size Within Emblem: Minimum width 0.6mm (including text)
• Floating Elements: All PV+ Emblems must have a uniform background that support every text and element. Floating elements are not allowed.
• Sewing Channel: PV+ Emblems can have a channel for seam application, adding a 2 mm line and a 2 mm border to the design.

Pressure Sensitive Application Instructions

• Make sure the application area is thoroughly cleaned. Rubbing alcohol can be used.
• Remove paper backing and press firmly on the desired location.
• For best results, please allow at least 24 hours cure time.
• Note: for use on smooth, hard surfaces. Not recommended for surfaces that may contain an oil finish such as silicone or any type of outdoor goods.

• When applying to structured caps, it is important to pre-heat the cap for at least 20 seconds due to the thickness of the cap.
• If using Thermo-Tape™ to secure – remove after emblem cools completely.
• For best results, applying with a heated lower platen is recommended
• The recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are for Stahls' Hotronix® heat press machines. Settings on other heat presses may vary.
